Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BiPivot, we believe in fairness and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Consulting Services
- Once a consulting session is scheduled, it is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be fully charged.
2. Training Programs
- Full refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the program start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 3–7 days before the start date.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before the program begins.
3. Digital Tools & Subscriptions
- Refunds are not available once access to digital tools or content has been granted.
- Selected tools may include a 7-day trial period to evaluate functionality.
- For annual subscriptions, prorated refunds may be considered in special cases.
- If the AI tool output is incorrect or unsatisfactory, you may request a refund. Once our team verifies the issue, the refund will be processed.
4. Refund Request & Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@bipivot.com.
- Requests will be reviewed and, if eligible, refunds will be approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.
5. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, such as service quality concerns or technical issues, we may provide additional compensation, replacement services, or alternative solutions at our discretion.
